This month, VCPWN is honored to have Maria Angelica Mendoza, from the Ventura County Sheriff's Office (VCSO) Forensic Services Bureau (FSO).

The FSB is committed to serving the criminal justice needs of the citizens of Ventura County by providing state-of-the-art scientific analysis, superior investigative services, and presenting objective unbiased conclusions to the judicial system while maintaining the highest level of integrity, impartiality, and professionalism. The FSB helps convict the guilty, exonerate the innocent, and identify the unknown. The FSB stays up to date by implementing new technology which allows us to meet the demands in the future. All activities, whether in the lab or field operations, adhere to CA law and regulations.

We'll learn about the FSO's inner workings and hear about some of their interesting past cases. We hope you'll join us for this intriguing presentation!
