2025-26 Charity Support

James Storehouse
VCPWN is partnering with James Storehouse in 2025–26.
from cribs to college
James Storehouse is a community-driven non‑profit based in Newbury Park that supports children and youth in foster care—from infancy through young adulthood.
Last year alone, they served over 19,000 individuals,
averaging 1,600 children and families each month
Their comprehensive programs include:
-
Essential resources, such as clothing, hygiene items, bedding, kitchenware, and groceries
-
Special events, including the Back to School Bash, Baby Showers, and holiday support initiatives
-
Youth and family services, like mentorship through “Open Table,” transitional housing, life‑skills workshops and mental‑health counseling
VCPWN is honored to partner with James Storehouse during the 2025–26 year. A financial gift will be presented in June 2026, to strengthen their ongoing mission, and as a community, we will support the mission throughout the year by collecting essential donations at key times—
Back to School, Holidays, Easter, and more.
Together, we’ll help foster youth feel seen, supported, and set up for success.
