All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. To initiate a ticket transfer, please contact us via email at vcpwnpresident@gmail.com with the name and contact information of the new attendee.

Ticket transfers must be requested at least 24 hours before the event to ensure a smooth check-in process. VCPWN reserves the right to deny transfers that do not meet this requirement.
