My husband, Roger, a Holistic Health Practitioner of 20 years and I work with you and your individuality to find out what you need to have optimal health.
Whether you want to stay well or your body needs wellness, we help you find a pathway to health by naturally addressing propor body functions giving your body the right conditions needed to thrive and heal.
We use the ABC+D health model approach which stands for Activate, Build, Cleanse and if needed Direct Aide.
We incorporate what you are willing to do to achieve the vibrant healthy person you were intended to be.
If a little voice in your head just said, "that's not me", do give me a call.
I am available to give Natural Health and Wellness presentaions for any size group, health clubs, health fairs or luncheons.

As a VCPWN member for 26 years I have seen many changes and changed as well.
As much as I enjoy working with people to stay healthy and get healthy, I equally enjoy continuing to express my creative side in my Interior Design business.
